I had a good experience with Armus. I received a call back quickly after my request for service. I spoke with Eddie, who I believe is the owner, who was pleasant. I also appreciate communication before and on the day of the appointment. I received an automated text and email confirming my appointment, an automated text the day of, a text from Eddie with a more specific arrival time of the technician, Kevin, as well as an email with Kevin’s name, picture, and what kind of vehicle he’d be driving. I appreciate that because it helps with planning.
My husband was home when Kevin arrived. Kevin provided a lot of information on the maintenance of our AC unit and tankless hot water unit. At the end of the appointment I received an email detailing the services performed and payment.
