Should I replace my oil boiler with a heat pump?
Often, yes. A cold-climate heat pump lowers heating costs in many SouthCoast homes and qualifies for rebates, but insulation and electrical service matter, so we compare it with keeping or converting the boiler first.
Do you replace oil tanks and install heat-pump water heaters?
Yes to both. We replace weeping or failed 275-gallon tanks, remove tanks during oil-to-gas conversions, and install tank, tankless and heat-pump water heaters, which cut hot-water costs sharply.
