As co-founder of Armus Mechanical, Edward gets the best of both worlds: guiding apprentices as they grow in their careers and helping the community by taking care of homeowners who need relief from heating or cooling problems. What may be a quick fix for him can remove days or weeks of stress for a customer, and lifting that weight off someone’s shoulders is what makes the work deeply rewarding.

Dayanna is not only the co-founder of Armus Mechanical, but also the key player who makes sure the company runs smoothly every single day. She keeps the team aligned, identifies ways the business can improve, and helps everyone grow stronger together.

Her role goes far beyond scheduling and paperwork. Dayanna shapes the culture of Armus Mechanical by encouraging accountability, improving systems, and ensuring both the team and customers feel supported.

Kevin is a highly skilled HVAC technician with a gift for troubleshooting even the toughest problems. Outside of work, he loves challenging himself with advanced electronics — from repairing and upgrading electric bikes to building computers from the ground up as a hobby.

That same creativity and determination carry over into his HVAC work. When faced with a maze of wires or a system that others might shy away from, Kevin doesn’t back down.
